Brittanee began her own dedicated yoga practice in her mid-teens. Ten years later Brittanee completed her 200 hour teacher training and became a fulltime professional yoga/fitness instructor. Brittanee teaches more that 25 classes per week at a variety of public and private venues in north county San Diego and in NYC. In less than 6 years Brittanee has accumulated more than 7,000 teaching hours.
Brittanee is best known for her ability to teach a variety of certified yoga classes, including heated, non-heated, and vinyasa yoga.
Brittanee is also a certified yoga sculpt, yoga barre, and agility barre teacher. Additionally, Brittanee teaches very challenging foam roller, boot camp and High Intensity Interval Training [“HIIT”] classes too.
When you first meet Brittanee don’t let her magnetic personality, wickedly dry & dirty sense of humor, friendly smile and attractiveness soften you. Brittanee is much more than just another Southern California pretty face. Brittanee is passionate about helping each of her students live their best life via exercise, yoga, mediation, hydration, acupuncture, hiking, education, and eating organic food.
After taking a few of Brittanee’s fitness classes you will quickly discover that she is in fact a consummate professional instructor. It will become obvious that Brittanee spends a considerable amount of time preparing for each class. Her dedicated preparation allows all fitness levels to attend any of her classes because she constantly offers a variety of alternative ways to accomplish each move.
When Brittanee’s not teaching she enjoys many diverse interests including hiking with her adorable yellow lab named Puka, surfing, cooking, modeling, snowboard leafing, photography, sleeping in late, podcasting, traveling, and curating many diverse & eclectic music play lists while sharing some wine, boochcraft, or champagne with her clients, friends, and fun loving family.

If you’re going to do an at-home workout, there’s no better person to do it with! Brittanee makes you feel like she’s right there in the room with you. She’s able to find adjustments to your form and motivate you from any screen. Her sculpt will get you sweating like crazy and her yoga is just what you need to break up your day at home. For nearly 6 years I have regularly attended Brittanee’s diverse weekly sculpt, barre, foam roller or bootcamp classes. I always feel happier, grounded and more physically fit after taking one of her challenging fitness classes. Brittanee’s upbeat “take no prisoner” fitness persona and classes are not only very demanding they are equally ego crushing and entertaining. Brittanee has the ability to make you laugh and cry at the same time. Brittanee’s motivational skills, dry sense of humor, class preparation, and incredible diverse & eclectic music selection will keep you wanting more… I have never heard anyone leaving one of Brittanee’s fitness classes saying: “that was easy.” However, I have overheard numerous fellow students mention how much they enjoy taking her classes and seeing their bodies transform. - D | G
Brittany’s the worst instructor. She’s the biggest bitch and kicks my ass. Her knowledge of yoga and sculpt is pretty good I guess. She abuses your mind while taking her class. She’ll beat you so low until you cry for your mommy. She leaves you feeling uninspired and tighter then when you started.. I give her 5 out of 5 stars. - S | H
Brittanee is an amazing instructor! She is my absolute favorite yoga teacher because she is so happy, positive, and encouraging. I’m a newer student to yoga and my practice has grown dramatically because of Brittanee. Her instruction is clear and concise and the pace of her flow is perfect - it keeps me moving yet challenges me with poses. Her class is always different and it never gets boring. She is gentle and kind yet challenging. I love how she emphasizes breathwork because it really helps me focus. Lastly, I really appreciate the individual attention! Z O O M | Y O G A : Deep stretch, yoga flow, inversion prep, strength, flexibility, balance, meditation full body and mind work out. I’ll guide you into the class with ques, self adjustments, and positive feedback to keep your mind in the moment. Every class is different and essentially IMPROV but will be up for suggestions, poses, and any inversions you’d like to work on. Blocks or yoga straps are great to have but not require. I ALWAYS recommend to use a foam roller before, after class, and anytime you have 2-5 min to spare.. Basically don’t ever work, just foam roll and yoga all day everyday! When creating a work out space please keep in mind using a blank wall to the front or back of your mat, this could be essential to your inversion practice. A personal spotify link will be emailed before each class to be played at your convenience. I will que to start the playlist when class begins.
Z O O M | S C U L P T : High intensity, low impact, build lean muscle, strong core, tight booty work out. Every class is a little different with highly effective fat burn results. Combination of quick pace, always fun music, cardio barre, boot camp like instruction, and high energy! Each sculpt class I teach via the web and in an actual physical group setting I interact with everyone whether you like it or not. Get pumped up and start your day with me in sculpt…in the words of Pdiddy…cant stop…wont….stop! ha! Each sculpt class is 50-55 min. The last 3-5 min is a short guided stretch, I highly suggest to close your eyes, don’t look at the computer, and let my voice guide you. 2-5lb weights are perfect for the sculpt work out but not necessary. regardless of using weights or not you’ll still get a great full body workout!

I absolutely love teaching this “hot 60” 60 min bikram, ashtanga, hatha, fusion flow. Please post on their IG page a photo of your in home yoga practice. @yogatropics. Z O O M | F O A M | R O L L E R : Maybe you’ve been running, walking, push up challenging, and doing 100 sit ups for every cookie or cocktail you have….guilty! If you have a foam roller we will be offering a deep stretch style of class that literally can open and stretch all the tighty whities. Great for full body opening! Foam roller required. Class will be on schedule in the near future!
